Products eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging. Perishable items such as fresh fish, meat, and seafood must not show signs of thawing.
Contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Provide order details, including your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Perishable items (fresh fish, meat, seafood) can only be returned if there is a quality issue or if the wrong item was shipped. Please provide clear images of the product in question for our assessment.
Non-perishable items (frozen foods) may be eligible for return within 1 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us promptly to arrange the exchange.
